Qualifications:

• Grade 12/ equivalent

Experience and Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration
• Proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Reside close to the West Rand / Surrounding areas
• Of sober habits
• A non-smoker
• Own reliable transport
• A stable work record and contactable references
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Duties and responsibilities:

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs to commercial cooking kitchen equipment and refrigeration
• Communicate status updates for part orders and repairs with customer support and customer
• Complete service calls accurately and timeously
• Audit vehicle stock to ensure required parts are stocked
• Ensure vehicle, tools, and uniforms are consistent with standards of safety
• Meet on-call requirements
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot an automotive, electrical, installation and mechanical background is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and skills
• Good driving record
